Rotary Club of Lake Conroe Annual Installation of Officers and Directors Banquet for 2022-2023. This is a time to reflect on RCLC accomplishments for 2021-2022 and look forward to the coming new Rotary year. We hope you and your guest will plan to join us for this special evening. The banquet is scheduled for Tuesday, June 28th at Amore Fine Dining. We will gather at 5:30 p.m. for social time with the program and dinner beginning at 6:00 p.m. Amore is offering three menu selections at a cost of $25 per person. There will be a cash bar. The club will bill those who RSVP for their meal fee(s) in the next scheduled billing. The night of the event the Amore waiters will ask you for your meal selection. Each meal includes an entree, salad and cheesecake. Available entrees are Chicken Marsala, Chicken Piccata and Orange Roughy and shrimp (1). Good morning! Our Rotary 5910 District Grant has been approved for Clothing for Kids. Daniela Mead is our leader again this year. She has been working with CPS and her school contacts in Montgomery I.S.D. and Willis I.S.D. She has referrals for 40 plus children in need of clothing. Old Navy and the Old Navy staff are ready to assist us with our Clothing for Kids project. District Grant funds and our match by Rotary Club of Lake Conroe Foundation will allow us to provide $6000 of clothing for these needy children. We will be shopping on Saturday, October 15th from 6:45 am to 9:00 am at Old Navy in Conroe. Old Navy is located at 2908 IH-45 N., Conroe, TX 77303. We need as many volunteers as possible to make this a success. Family and friends are welcome to help. We will have coffee, donuts and kolaches for all volunteers.
