Tracy Lynn

Local Entreprenuer Presentation

Oct. 21, 2025 11:30 a.m.

Locally-owned business owner Tracy Lynn and friend of one of our members, Marie Underdown, will come to share her vision and expertise on how running a small business benefits our local community.

Tracy currently works for Magnolia ISD in special assessments for the less fortunate and also operates a fundraising business that allows her to give back to any cause. Understanding that where much is given, much is required, she’s found a way even while trying to personally rebuild after experiencing several financial setbacks.

But her story is much bigger than her business. It’s a powerful message of hope and the divine right to a wonderful life that we have each been given from birth.

Tracy will also have drawings for some wonderful prizes! Experience a range of emotions and leave feeling refreshed and encouraged!

Michelle Rochinski and Candyce Carter

Leaders in High School Athletics

Dec. 16, 2025 11:30 a.m.

Join us for our bi-monthly meeting to hear from Coaches Michelle Rochonski and Candyce Carter from Lake Creek High School about inspiring our Youth here in Montgomery.

Meeting will be held in the Private Dining Hall at Amore Ristorante, 14860 Hwy 105W in Montgomery, 77356. Please contact Pat Prein at 832.622.4136 with any questions.

Michelle Rochinski has dedicated the past 27 years to education and athletics, shaping programs and inspiring student‑athletes across two Texas school districts. She joined Montgomery ISD in 2002 after beginning her career at Klein ISD and Klein High School, where she spent her first two years teaching and coaching. Throughout her career, Coach Rochinski has led multiple sports and built a reputation for leadership, competitiveness, and a deep commitment to developing young athletes.

A head coach for the majority of her career, Rochinski has reached postseason play every year she has held that role. She holds an impressive career record of 541 wins and 171 losses, along with 11 district championships. Her excellence has been recognized widely; She has been named District Coach of the Year eight times, earned Montgomery County Coach of the Year honors five times, and guided her teams to the state tournament three times. Her program finished as state runner‑up in 2012 before capturing back‑to‑back state championships in 2022 and 2023. In 2023, she was inducted into the Katy ISD Hall of Honor, a testament to her impact both as a coach and former student‑athlete.

Rochinski grew up in Katy, Texas, and attended Taylor High School, where she was a three‑year letter winner in basketball and a four‑year letter winner in softball. She continued her athletic career at the University of Texas at San Antonio before transferring to Sam Houston State University, competing in both softball and basketball. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and a minor in Special Education.

Coach Rochinski has helped numerous athletes continue their playing careers at the collegiate level, reflecting her dedication to mentorship and long‑term athlete development.

Michelle resides in Montgomery with her husband, Mike. Their son, Cade, played football at Howard Payne University, and their daughter, Kalee, plays softball at Troy University in Alabama.

Celebration of Life for Bill Rathburn
Mar. 21, 2026 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.

The Celebration of Life for long time club member Bill Rathbun will be held on Saturday, March 21st from 5 - 8 p.m. in Walden on Lake Conroe, at the home of Mike and Carol Berger.  This will be a very special day.  The Baby Shower for Bailee & David Bond is at 12:00 the same day & many of us are attending.  It's not often that we celebrate a new life just starting and a life well lived by a great friend all on the same day.

Bill was a sharp dressed man and could rock colorful attire better than just about anyone - with those beautiful eyes and that awesome smile, he could wear the rainbow. Accordingly, guests are invited to do the same and dress in your own happy colors to celebrate and honor him.

If you would like to bring a dish, please give me some idea of what you want to bring, so I can share it with Kris McBride to help Mike and Carol plan accordingly for the balance of the spread. Kris is doing the same with the Parrot Heads.  Between the two of us, we should be able to make sure we have the food covered.

Bill and Christina are long time supporters of Memory Park. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Memory Park for a future memorial there, in a special spot by the water.  If you chose to donate, please give your donation to our Treasurer, Charlie Parada.
