Next Board Meeting is February 13th
March 3rd, The Woodlands Club is hosting their Wine Dinner. All proceeds will benefit their “Rotary House”. It will be held at the Woodlands Waterway.
February 24th- 10am @ Woodforest Neighborhood will be the planting trees event. Come out & help plant trees!
Committee Reports:
Admin – Valentine’s Dinner will be at the Yacht Club on February 8th. No Morning meeting this day. Email will be sent out soon with all the details for this event.

Polio- No reported cases so far this year
Memory Park – Weathered pretty well through the winter storm, not much to be done until it warms up a bit. We do have plants waiting to be planted in the warmer weather.

Jobs are everything! Texas is currently number 2 in the country for Job Growth.
30% of Homebuyers last year were between ages 25-34.
2.4% increase in single family sales from 2016 to 2017.
When you purchase properties along Lake Conroe, there are a bit of a mix with legalities like who the boat dock belongs too, additional lost not being transferred, responsibility & ownership of bulkheads, etc. This is why it is beneficial to have an educated realtor who can discover & handle these issues for you!
